What holecard does

You upload a resume and answer some questions once. You pick jobs. We fill out each job application with that information and send it, either after you approve it or on its own if you turn on autopilot.

It works today on Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Jobvite and Workday. We do not promise interviews, replies or offers.

You authorize us to act for you

By using holecard you authorize us to fill and submit job applications in your name, and to create and sign in to accounts on employer and application sites on your behalf when a site requires one.

We generate a separate password for each site. We do not ask for, or reuse, your personal passwords.

Employer sites have their own terms. Some may not allow automated applications. If a form asks you to certify something we cannot truthfully certify for you, we hold the application for you and do not send it.

Your profile must be accurate

Applications are built from your resume and your answers. You are responsible for their accuracy, including work authorization, education, dates and employment history. Do not enter anything that is not true.

If you use autopilot, applications are sent without you reading them first. You remain responsible for what is sent.

AI writes some answers

Some answers, such as written responses to open questions, are drafted by AI from your resume and the job description. AI can make mistakes. In approve mode you can read every answer before it is sent. If we do not have a fact a question needs, we ask you and do not invent it.

Credits and refunds

One pack is $50 for 100 applications. Payment is handled by Stripe.

A credit is used only when an application is actually submitted. Applications that fail, or that are held and never sent, use no credit. If a credit was taken for an application that was not sent, we return it.

Credits do not expire. Unused credits are refundable on request within 14 days of purchase. A credit already used on a sent application is not refundable. To ask for a refund, email support@holecard.me.

Email forwarding

Forwarding is optional. If you set it up, we read only the emails you forward to your private holecard address, and we use them to enter verification codes and to track the status of your applications.

Stopping

You can stop using holecard at any time. Ask us to delete your account and we will delete your resume, answers and saved site passwords. Applications already sent cannot be recalled by us. Contact: support@holecard.me.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. Application sites change often and an application can fail or be filled imperfectly. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
